This Week

Animation creation

Students will explore the exciting world of animation, starting with how it began using simple flip charts and discovering how it has evolved into modern AI and video technology.

They will design and create their own unique characters, develop storytelling skills, and collaborate as a group to bring all their characters together in a fun short animation.

This engaging taster session is perfect for inspiring creativity, and for those who love it, we offer even more to explore at our Sunday Club in Chelmsford.

Last Week

Lego Robotics

Last week, students will explore the exciting world of Lego Robotics! They will design, build, and program their own models while developing problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork skills. Using motors and sensors, children will bring their creations to life and learn the basics of coding in a fun, hands-on way.

Why not join our Saturday Club to continue the fun and learning? Children will enjoy more hands-on robotics challenges, build exciting projects, and develop their engineering and coding skills in a supportive environment.

Week 1

3D Printing

Students learned about the 3D printer and how it works. They used Tinkercad to design their own personalised key rings while learning how to add shapes, change size and position, and include text in their designs.

Our 3D printing sessions are more than just exciting technology, they are a powerful way for children to develop essential skills for school, life, and the future.

Our hands-on approach helps children see that their ideas have value and that they can bring those ideas to life.

There’s so much more to discover with 3D printing! Why not join our Saturday Club to explore more features in Tinkercad and gain further hands-on experience with our 3D printer?
