Cancellation Policy

Engineering for Kids Chelmsford operates on a monthly membership basis. Your membership will continue each month unless you cancel in writing.

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, please email us at:
info@engineeringforkids-chelmsford.co.uk

We require one full calendar month’s notice for all cancellations.

• If notice is given between the 1st and 15th of the month, that month will count as your notice period.

• If notice is given after the 15th, your notice period will begin the following month.

Example:
If cancellation notice is received on 20 April, May will be your notice month and your final classes will take place at the end of May.

Important Information

• Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

• Your child is welcome to attend all remaining sessions during the notice period.

• We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.
