October Half Term STEM Camp

Our camps are packed with exciting, interactive experiences where children don't just learn about engineering — they do engineering. Book single days or the full week.

Why ages 8+ for the full day Camp? Our full day Camp is designed for children aged 8 and up. At this age, kids have the independence, focus and stamina to get the most from a full day of hands-on engineering, robotics and coding projects.

For younger children aged 5–7, we recommend our After School Clubs, Weekend Clubs or Workshops instead — these are structured specifically for that age group, with shorter sessions and closer support.

Frequently asked questions

What should my child bring?

Please bring a packed lunch and drink for camp days, and dress comfortably. All equipment and materials are provided.

Does my child need previous experience?

No. Both the camp and the workshop sessions welcome complete beginners through to children who've been before.

Can I book individual camp days?

Yes — there's no requirement to attend all four days. Many families book one or two to start.

Why don't you accept under 8s for the full day Camp?

Our full day Camps are built around longer, more independent project work suited to ages 8+. Younger children get a better experience — with more age-appropriate pacing — in our After School Clubs, Weekend Clubs and Workshops. The camp week (26th–29th) itself is for ages 8 to 12; younger children aged 5–7 are very welcome at the Workshop Day on Friday 30th, which is designed just for that age group.

My child loved a taster activity — what happens next?

Every camp and workshop activity introduces one of our monthly clubs. Just let us know which one your child enjoyed and we'll help you book the matching club.

Is it safe and well supervised?

Absolutely. All instructors are DBS-checked and trained in child safety, and sessions are structured and supervised throughout.
